Wheel Chair Repairs under the NDIS

On Friday 28th June My Electric Chair decided to give up the ghost. It was picked up that afternoon by Chemtronics, Who were meant to sent quote to SWEP. Two weeks later, no word. Rang up SWEP still no quote received. Played pin ball hockey between SWEP, NDIS, NDIA for about a month. Something so major to everyday lives of disabled people was just hand balled around. Just today we have heard the quote was finally approved and repairs under way. Only a month later 30th July. Hopping to have it back by August. Something that use to take 3 to 4 days under the old system has taken nearly 2 months........
