What’s on your YES list?

It’s February, and while the days are still short and winter's chill lingers, I urge you to carve out time for rest and rejuvenation—you deserve it.
The stress takes its toll.
Juggling family responsibilities, work demands, and staying mindful about health—for ourselves and those around us—can feel overwhelming at times. It’s no wonder stress can creep in.
To help myself navigate through the chaos, I’ve crafted a personal playbook that I turn to whenever life feels a bit too much.?
One of my favourite strategies is taking one full day each week to rest and recharge. That’s right—one entire day dedicated to resetting and rejuvenating.
Surprised? Well, it’s really all about what I take a day off FROM.
I make sure I take a day off from chores and tasks that I don’t like.
Said another way, I give one whole day a week to investing my time in doing only the things that bring me joy and nothing but joy. This recharges my batteries.?
Not all chores are a drag but some do make me grumpy.
My NO list: cleaning the house, laundry, shopping of any kind.
YESSES could mean being productive at my desk or around the house because there are many household chores and work tasks that put me in the flow zone.
My YES list includes cooking & baking, most yard work, gardening, walking Coby, grooming Merlin, catching up on my reading, and writing to you!
One thing that featured HIGH on my YES list this weekend was getting ready to welcome the next coaching cohorts in Coaching Fundamentals, which will start in just a few days!

Speaking of which, if joining our next coaching cohort has been on your radar, there’s still time to secure your spot!?
Go here to be part of this transformational experience - and note, we only have 2 SPOTS LEFT (our website is updated in real time, so if they’re gone when you check, they’re gone, but as of now that’s the tally!)
If you’re planning to take both Coaching Fundamentals and Mentor Coaching, I highly recommend enrolling in the bundled option—it’s a smarter way to save and make the most of your learning journey.
How about you? I’d love to know - what’s on YOUR yes list? How do you rest and rejuvenate??
Hit reply and let me know, I’d love to hear from you.?
And thank you - thank you for being a part of our community and a part of what brings me great solace and joy.?
I appreciate you,
Corry
P.S. Once again, just a friendly reminder—our February coaching cohorts kick off on February 9th or 13th! If you’re still considering joining this Winter, now’s the time to secure your spot before those last 2 spaces are taken. Don’t miss out! Enroll here.
