Every year I pick a word that will be my underlying theme of the year.
Last year my word was JOY. We had a pretty rough 2021 and I chose that in 2022 I would only do things that brought me joy and only work with people who brought me joy. It was amazing and for the most part, I really had a joyful, happy year.
This year, my word is SIMPLIFY. As I get older, I realize that more can be done efficiently and simpler. Things don’t have to be complicated to work or be successful.?
Ironically, the Get PR Famous? formula I teach my clients is simple. I wanted it to be easy to do but I never thought of incorporating simplifying into all aspects of my life and business.
I've been going through drawers and closets in my home organizing and simplifying. I just had to get a new computer and my I.T. person helping me was sharing how I could simplify everything and when I told him it was my word of the year he got a big smile on his face.?

So, SIMPLIFY is my word of 2023 and I will do my best to simplify the things in life so I can enjoy everything more.

1 年I love that - Simplify, I'm trying to do that too. But...my word of the year is PUMPED! I'm excited for 2023, and I'm going to try to stay PUMPED throughout the year and remind myself to bring this PUMPED energy in all that I do. I will do the things and surround myself with the people that PUMP me up :)
