What's your (and your teams) Superpower?

Leading Authority on the Mindset needed to Achieve Big Bold Goals through effective Leadership and Teamwork
Philip and I were connected several months ago by Kelly
Kelly knew we shared a number of things in common and that we’d get on.
After several emails back and forth, we arranged to meet.
This was slightly unusual in itself.
I was in San Francisco. Philip was in Canada and would fly down for the day and then back again.
???? BUT..
Here’s where the extraordinary story STARTS....
I got several messages from Philip saying his flight was delayed by several hours.
As he waited at the airport he noticed a piano sitting unused and locked up.
Now. Philip is a concert pianist ????
Rather than just sit there on his iPhone, he asked around and managed to find the keys.
He sat down and just started playing.
Head down and in his own world for the next hour playing piece after piece.
He looked up and realised a captivated crowd was literally just standing there listening to him and watching him.
One lady came up to him.
She said how moved she was and how it reminded her of her growing up with her grand mother who used to play several of the pieces that Philip played.
That afternoon, in a small airport, Philip created magic and gave an incredible gift to everyone.
Philip is a humble guy and naturally underplays what he did.
Here’s the thing.
We all do that SAME thing.
UNDERPLAY what we are so naturally brilliant at.
Why?
Because we ASSUME that because it comes so easily to us, it comes easily to everyone else.
It doesn’t though.
We all have our OWN UNIQUE superpowers.
Phil’s is connecting with people and moving them through the power of music.
Once you know your superpower, you can magnify it and be SO much more.
AND do the same for those around you.
To find their ZONE of BRILLIANCE.
It’s one of the fundamental building blocks for how you turn an ordinary business into an extraordinary business.
Which is essential if you want to create a business that runs without you.
Do you know what your superpower is?
We do an exercise with both our business team members (and our family team) to get really clear on what each person is so naturally brilliant at.
Do you know what yours is?
Is it the same things those close to you would say?
PS The follow on is that the lady who was deeply moved was the Head Stewardess on the flight. She upgraded Philip to 1st class and shared her personal story to the whole flight who responded with a huge round of applause for Philip.
PPS How many people could you impact if you were brave like Philip and truly own your superpower?
