Do you remember when Barry Allen met Bruce Wayne?
If you watched the movie "Justice League" in 2017, you might remember the scene.
Bruce Wayne, also known as Batman, and Diana Prince (aka Wonder Woman) are recruiting warriors for the coming fight.
Wayne meets up with Barry "The Flash" Allen, a college student living by himself in an abandoned building who has a special dimension of speed no one else has.
Allen explains it to Wayne like this:
"[scarfing a whole pizza on the way to Bruce's car] It's like this layer of dimensional reality that seems to manipulate space-time. I call it the Speed Force. It causes me to burn a tremendous amount of calories, so I am just a black hole of snacks. I am a snack hole."
Then Allen asks him a few quick questions, including how many people are on the "team."
Finally, as they are getting into Wayne's silver Mercedes-Benz AMG Vision GT, Allen asks him,
"[gets in the car] ... What are your superpowers again?" Wayne looks at him without missing a beat and says, "I'm rich."

In business, marketers love to talk about your differentiation.

Other terms used that I have seen over the years include "secret sauce," "competitive advantage," and, as it were, "superpower."
You may have heard of other terms.
One of the things that content coaching can do is help you explore the areas where you are different.
In fact, that is a crucial part of your business messaging. And I love doing that.
Something as simple as exploring your origin story can help you better clarify that is of your advantage.
I like to call it your "competitive edge."
To be fair, it isn't likely we will clarify this during one session. That being said, I can produce some notes to help you get started.
It really helps to get someone who is looking at your situation from the outside to find the things that are in our blind spots.
