What's Your Platform of Choice?

There are many social media platforms for marketing your business; how do you choose? Understandably if marketing to younger buyers, then TikTok and Snapchat are the way to go. I like the simplicity of Facebook. Unfortunately, does this reveal my age?

• Because of Facebook cross-branding, a business can post on Facebook, and it will link to its Instagram account at the same time.
• Businesses can see their customer's profiles and there are not just faceless thumbs up and down.
• Facebook users have spent so much investment time creating their profiles and building friend lists and business followers that they do not want to start all over again with a new platform.

Facebook is tried and true. The users there have been there for years and do not want to change. I am one of them. I want to try new platforms that appear cool and edgy, but I don't want to get out of my comfort bubble. What are your thoughts?
