What's on Your Plate?

What's on Your Plate?

I am going to assume that none of you out there reading this naturally chooses to be ill!

But yet we humans seem to keep on with those less than healthful habits that could be driving us to illness.

So, many of the so-called lifestyle diseases can be prevented through diet and changes in the daily choices we make about how we live.

Maybe you are not feeling too good right now, but your doctor is telling you there is nothing wrong with you; at least that they can pinpoint.

You are not yet technically ill enough to fall into one of the categories that gets you a medical diagnosis. In the health world this is what is referred to as being sub-clinical. You do not actually yet fit into one of the many diagnosis boxes, which also ultimately provides suggestions on a course of treatment.

So, you are all good, right?

Well, I'm not saying you are going to get ill, but, if those niggles and that general feeling of malaise you are experiencing do not go away – then something you are doing could be driving them and you in the wrong direction!

All too often we ignore the first warning signs that our health is under attack. But this is exactly the time when we should be jumping into action and making some real changes, so we can push ourselves back the other way to health and vitality and then work on keeping ourselves there.

More often than not many of the clues about why we are not firing on all four cylinders can be right in front of our noses - on our plates! All we need is some support from an expert to help us decode them!

Everyone has the right to good health, so, claim your place, get into the right mindset, scrutinise your plate as critically as you would a balance sheet, contact someone in the know like a nutritional therapist and start to thrive!

Olea Absolute Nutrition & Wellness offers consultations in person in Brussels and Antwerp region and via Skype anywhere in the world! Bringing you health and vitality so you can lead your best healthiest life!

THanks for sharing and for making us think about our wellness issues. I love the photo that you have used at the header of this post. Nice way of creating the ":-/" emoticon. :-)
