What’s Your One Note?

What’s Your One Note?

Have you ever thought about giving a keynote?

I hadn’t.

I’ve taught, I’ve facilitated, but standing on a stage and delivering one powerful idea? That felt like a different world entirely.

So when the opportunity to attend the Cerene Keynote Craft Experience came my way, I hesitated. Not because I didn’t think it would be valuable - but because I wasn’t sure what I would even say.

But then, one idea kept coming back to me.

? The power of saying yes. ?

And in hindsight, that was the perfect first yes.

At the retreat, we were asked a big question: If you had one note to share with the world, what would it be?

That question challenged me. It forced me to dig deep, to find clarity, and to own my story.

So now, I want to ask you:

If you had one note to share with the world, what would it be?

What’s the message only you can deliver?

And what’s stopping you from saying yes to it?

If you’ve ever wondered what it would feel like to step into your voice, I can’t recommend Cerene’s Keynote Craft Experience enough. Elise Madrick, MSW and Andrew Sykes provide the frameworks, the coaching, and the support to help you craft a talk worth giving.

Please say more. I'd love for you to share about saying yes and your unique take on it. Without giving your keynote away. ?? Whats two salient points to remember? I know for me, I said YES too much. Then I had to learn how to say NO. Then I practiced MAYBE for awhile. I'm still working on my healthy YES.
