What's your next dream?

Today, I won't be presenting a list of products or reasons to invest in Miami or Dubai. Instead, I'd like to share a captivating story that started on a couch in 2005.

Back then, I was a student of Economics at the Federal University of Santa Catarina, living with my parents. The cable TV channel People and Arts, which would later become TLC, aired reality shows from the United States. One of them, "Million Dollar Agents," offered a glimpse into the lives of luxury real estate agents in Miami.

As I watched from my parents' couch, the allure of living in a city like Miami and operating in such a dynamic real estate market captured my imagination. Selling luxury homes and apartments to people from around the globe became my dream—a dream that seemed distant yet appealing.

Fast forward a decade, and in 2015, I found myself in Miami, turning that once-dreamed reality into tangible experiences. From 2014 to 2022, I designed and built houses, renovated properties, and facilitated numerous property transactions, assisting numerous families in their U.S. real estate investments.

During my Economics studies, another city had piqued my interest: Dubai. The astounding growth and architectural marvels of this desert city fascinated me, not to mention the perpetual summer, reminiscent of my hometown Florianópolis. I declared to everyone, "After I graduate, I'm moving to Dubai."

In 2023, this second dream materialized, and now I find myself living and working in the real estate market of one of the most extraordinary cities in the world. It's surreal to reflect on the journey—operating in markets that once seemed beyond reach. Yet, amidst the daily routine, I sometimes forget how truly fantastic and special this experience is. Nevertheless, I am genuinely grateful and happy to be part of these vibrant markets.

As I share my story, I encourage you to pursue your dreams and goals relentlessly. May this Christmas and New Year bring you joy and fulfillment.
