What’s your new years’ resolution?

What’s your new years’ resolution?

You’re probably thinking…..”But It’s not January yet”.

But no, I didn’t get the subject line wrong.?

For me (and for some of you), it’s a new school year.

Summer vacation is over, the nights are drawing in, and the kids are (finally) returning to school.??

For those of us returning from vacation, It’s a time when we look back at the year thus far, take stock of ourselves, and consider meaningful changes we can make in our business and personal lives in the months ahead.?

In other words, we make new years’ resolutions.?

But what happens once you’ve packed away your suitcases, and the suntan begins to fade?

Do you even remember the promises you’ve made?

When it comes to new resolutions, we have a tendency to overpromise and under-deliver.?

Well here’s a new idea.?

This year (or this fall), make fewer resolutions.?

In the world of joint ventures, I am constantly meeting with coaches and consultants who have resolved to partner with dozens of other business owners. The problem is, they will never be able to follow through.?

If 30 other businesses are supporting you, how will you ever be able to support them all?

It’s great to be ambitious, but if you over promise, you’re diluting your efforts. You’re trying to work with everybody, but that means you don’t have time to focus on the people that count..?

But you don’t need a crowd. You need a small core of perfect-fit partners to support you.?

It’s called the 80/20 rule, also known as Pareto’s Principle, and it dictates that a small number of causes (20%) often lead to a large number of effects (80%).?

It’s a rule that applies to almost any scenario in life: In a retail store, roughly 20% of products make up 80% of sales. And if you’re running a consultancy, roughly 20% of your clients bring in 80% of the revenue.?

And most importantly, it applies to Joint Ventures - where as little as 20% of your partners can drive 80% of your revenue.

In fact, you need just 6 partners to drive your business to 6 figures.

Partners you know, like and trust.?

Partners whose audiences and offers are aligned with yours.?

Partners you love to work with and who you know you can count on.?

When you work more closely with those who matter, everyone wins.?

So how do you identify that small core of people who matter most for the future of your business??

I’m excited to announce a brand new webinar that I’m co-hosting with my partner Estie Starr to help you find those 6 JV partners.

Introducing….

6 JV Partners to 6 Figures

In this live training, you’ll discover:

  • How just 6 Joint Ventures can propel your business to 6 figures
  • The counter-intuitive principle behind every successful JV partnership (it's so simple to implement)
  • The #1 reason JV partnerships didn’t work for you in the past, and how to avoid making the same mistakes this time around
  • How to ensure that your partners promote you as planned - so you can maximize your revenue with each launch
  • Why you’ll never need to make another sales call again
  • An unusual way to grow your business through JVs (which has nothing to do with launches or leads)
  • How to become the business that everyone wants to promote

And much more.?

My co-host Estie has built her own business to over 7-figures profit with $0 in ad spend. And she has helped hundreds of other talented individuals do the same.

I have been active in the joint venture space for over a decade, there’s a reason my friends refer to me as “CaptainJV”.?

Together we have over 30 years combined experience in helping entrepreneurs to double or even triple their business.?

I really hope you can make it on Thursday.??

Whatever you’re doing this fall, always remember the 80/20 rule.?

You’ll get better results when you do more with less!

Love this perspective! Quality over quantity always wins. Focus on those key relationships that truly make an impact! BTW, Hi Estie Starr ??
