You workout every day? Yoga, Pilates, bend some iron ? Your Bizeps is growing. Your belly is hard and your but looks like never before? Your LuLuLemon pants look amazing on you?
That’s fantastic. Congratulations- you’re half way there.
Here’s my opening question for you that comes with a tiny little riddle.
Read these numbers, the sequence. Any idea of the meaning? Seen this before?

We all have 24h per day. We go to work - give or take 9h - we sleep 7h, I know sometimes more usually less, we commute to work approx for 2h and we have 6h left for ourselves. For ourselves and our social live. I repeat 6 valuable hours. Once waisted they never come back.
Ask yourself what do you do every day with these most valuable hours ? How do you invest your precious lifetime?
Do you waste your time because you still believe the biggest lies of mankind- you think you have enough time ?
Newsflash - we all gonna die and you don’t have unlimited time.
But you can treat your body mind and soul every day to achieve 2 important effects.
1. To Live as healthy and long as you can
2. To Live as happy as you can
The basic and also main ingredients for a happy and health- a long life is keep your heart, body and mind in a good shape. You already know that!
But you might forgot to train another muscle that is very important for a happy life !
Workout, train your body and exercise your most neglected muscle - exercise your brain. Train your emotional muscle like you train your Bizeps.
Your emotions will help you to get a better job, to focus on what you want and really need and to live and establish healthy relationships. Your emotions will guide you as they do since millions of year. The tricky part is - you have to train your emotional system. Re connect. Re wire. And listen and act accordingly.
Don’t procrastinate or try to fool yourself by telling you you’re to overwhelmed or exhausted to invest - out of the 6h you time - invest 1h in the gym and 1h to read or learn or study. Imagine after 365 days of investing in your body and mind. E.g Focus on a new hobby. Learn how to play the piano. Imagine how advanced you’ll be after 365 lessons.
Going to the gym an peacock around by showing off your muscles is one good thing - but no one can see how your emotions- your emotional muscle is developed.
BeALifeChanger means take care of yourself. Treat yourself accordingly. Invest 2h per day not wasting your time with tine consuming senseless distractions- invest in your body mind and soul. Whatever your jam is - just do it.
