What's on your mind?

Do you keep bringing up the same idea over and over again? Is there something on your mind that you can't seem to let go of? No matter what it is, I invite you to devote time to it. I invite you to explore why and consider how to move forward.
We can all think of those people who seem to go on repeat, retelling the same stories over and over again. I go on repeat when I have a problem that I can't seem to solve. My spouse is the unlucky recipient of my musings. After listening to me say the same thing for the umpteenth time, he finally said, "You've been saying this for months. It's clear that you need to do something differently." He was right, and I'm starting to explore what I want to do about it.
Today, I invite you to do the same. Pay attention to what's on your mind. Identify something that you can't seem to let go of. Ask yourself why, and think about how you can start to move forward.
I often speak with people who feel stuck, and it's not how they wish to remain. With a little effort, I hope that you can stop mulling over the same problem. I hope that you can clear your mind and make space to think about something new.
Self-reflection:
What's on your mind?
How long have you been thinking about it?
Why?
What would you like to do about it?
