Most homes are woefully unprepared to be sold. Agents prematurely throw houses on the market and don’t fully understand the buyer’s Home Inspection Report can negatively impact the sellers’ net proceeds, especially with older homes.

Avoid this scenario…sell your home like a pro and call the tradesmen first!?Have the asbestos removed (that’s the white piping above your water heater). Have the painter fix cracks in the walls. Have a licensed electrician do a “tune-up” on your house by having all the outlets tested, the panel inspected and labeled, ensure all GFCI’s are operational in the kitchen and bathrooms.?Have a licensed plumber check the water pressure, snug down the toilets, fix all leaks, replace corroded ball valves, and fix drips.
