What's Your G.U.S.T.O?

GUSTO stands for:

Greatness: This represents the potential for excellence and success that lies within each of us.

Unfolds: This refers to the process of growth and development that occurs over time as we work towards achieving our goals.

Steadily: This emphasizes the importance of consistency and persistence in pursuing our dreams, even when faced with setbacks or obstacles.

Through: This suggests that optimism is the key to unlocking our greatness and achieving success in life.

Optimism: This represents a positive attitude and belief in oneself, as well as a hopeful outlook for the future.


What is GUSTO?

GUSTO is a tool designed to help you unlock your greatness. It's not a quick fix, but rather an ongoing process that requires reflection and meditation on areas for improvement and small changes you can make in order to be the best version of yourself possible.

The first step is setting aside time for reflection and meditation--a few minutes each day will do! Consider what it means to live with gusto, then think about areas where you want to improve or make small changes in order to live more fully with gusto:


What does living with gusto look like? How would this look different from my current life?

What are my goals for living with gusto? How might these differ from my current trajectory?

How to Utilize GUSTO?

To get started, take some time to meditate on the events that have shaped your life. Think about the people who have influenced you and how they have impacted who you are today. Consider areas for improvement and small changes that could make a big difference in your life.

If this sounds like something that would be helpful for you, then try out GUSTO!

GUSTO is a tool that can help you unlock your greatness.

Here are some examples of how people have used GUSTO:

Joe, who volunteers at an animal shelter, discovered that he was struggling to find his passion because he didn't know what he wanted to do with his life. He started using GUSTO and discovered that his true calling was helping people in need. Now, Joe spends his days volunteering at a homeless shelter where he helps others find jobs and housing by providing them with food and clothing as well as emotional support when they're feeling discouraged or hopeless about their situations.

The Benefits of Gratitude

Gratitude is one of the most powerful emotions you can experience. It increases happiness, reduces stress, and improves relationships with others. The benefits are so great that gratitude has been shown to improve physical health as well!

A simple way to practice gratitude is by keeping a daily journal where you write down three things each day that went well, or at least one thing that made you feel grateful or happy. You may also want to try writing down an appreciation letter once a week where you express gratitude towards someone who has helped change your life in some way - this could be someone who taught you something valuable, or even just did something nice for no reason at all!

The Benefits of Self-Care

Self-care is a vital part of life. It's about improving your physical and mental health, increasing self-love and self-acceptance, reducing stress and creating balance in your life.

Self-care can be as simple as taking time out to do something that you enjoy or making sure you get enough sleep or exercise every day. You could also make it more complex by doing things like meditating regularly or going on retreats where there are no distractions from technology or other people (like camping trips, summers coming).

Whatever form of self-care works best for you is what matters most!
