Did you know that everyone has their own resonance? A sound, a frequency, a wave, a radar system that is unique to every individual. When this isn't balanced, it's impossible to be truly effective. If you are not omitting your true resonance, you can feel disassociated, rather than associated with the outside world.
An example might be that you don't feel you are understood, listened to or even heard. You might feel fearful, worried about what you are saying or as though you are giving mixed messages.
Your own personal language can lift you up or take you away from effectiveness. It is an amalgamation of your energy and emotion. Once you are in your resonance it will give you the freedom and flexibility to flow into your productivity and potential.
You also have a primary emotion that is the one that you navigate by, but without this you may feel lost at sea. When you are out of balance with this, you may not feel like yourself. It is possible to reconnect with this without there being any change in external circumstances.
One way of bringing this back in to balance is to think about the last time you felt truly comfortable with yourself. You felt at ease and peace, in harmony with yourself and others. What did that feel like? How were you acting? How were others reacting to you? Were you more productive, energised and in flow?
What are the characteristics of when you feel like this and what does is it like when you are not?
To truly align with your resonance, it does require a releasing and realigning, a movement of your energy.
In the animal kingdom they can only ever be in their resonance and only out of it because of feeling fear or a warning or danger. What are you saying today?
