My life has been a series of calculated risks, some where I've ventured to step out onto the glass surface and look down into the unknown. It's the courage to keep moving forward and one's ability to be dynamic as well as resilient that compels us. Lastly, our ability to never lose sight of staying relevant and not allowing our fears to create gaps in our next employment adventure!

Needing to feel resilient enough to try again has been a big thing for me. I have a very experienced colleague who I know could take on some big roles but when life throws you big obstacles this definitely affects confidence to take what feels like a risk of being treated less than again and is a big deal when it comes to job seeking
