What's your favorite energy building practice?

I came across this highly effective 72 Hour Assessment by Brendon Burchard a high-performance coach and #1 New York Times best-selling author.

Here is how he describes the 72 Hour Assessment and when to use it: Anytime I'm feeling my energy tip, I do a 72-hour assessment.? What do I mean by that? I reflect on the past 72 hours and assess the habits that served me...or didn't serve me.? I get clarity on why I'm feeling the way that I do.? oftentimes, I didn't fuel correctly.? I didn't recharge.? I didn't nourish my body.? Once I reflect, I adapt and get moving again.
