NCOei.org online courses and face-to-face programs contain an emotional intelligence exam. The exam is in a no-fail format, question and answer and feedback design. The purpose of the exam is to present the student with a scenario or a dilemma containing different options to choose from, one option being the emotionally intelligent correct answer. The idea is to create cognitive dissonance within in the student between current practiced behaviors and the health and wellness emotionally intelligent behaviors that the student validates by passing the exam. Similar emotional intelligence exams are in all of our courses and programs, so there is the added benefit of repetition, for example, if the student is mandated to take several different courses such as anger management and decision making impulse control.

NCOei.org courses and programs can be accomplished on a cell phone or other wifi ready device, and the certificate can be emailed to anyone from the NCOei.org ProProfs Completion Reports Service. TYPES OF SERVICES:

PROGRAMS-Face-to-face programs consist of online content and personalized coaching or counseling. Programs are essentially courses plus coaching or counseling. Coaches cover course topics such as the legal basics, emotional intelligence, free online health coaching and life plan options online or through coaching.

COUNSELING/COACHING-Coaching sessions are conducted face-to-face, in person, Face Time, Skype or other equivalent media. Coaching sessions are $50 per hour session. Students must pay the coach directly via PayPal. Discounted programs are available for students who can not pay the program fee. The cost of the program is discounted, however, the coaching fee of $50 must be paid to the coach via PayPal in order for coaching to occur and certification to be issued.

ONLINE COURSES-Courses are 100% online and include online government websites, health and wellness coaching videos via You Tube Channels featuring psychologists, psychiatrists, criminologists and master health coaches. Students must pass an extensive exam featuring question and answer and feedback sessions after each section.

THE EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE EXAM-The online exam must be taken in the course and in the program. The exam consists of question and answer feedback sessions where the student is presented with a choice of behaviors and emotions. The questions are geared toward health and wellbeing. The exam is extensive and covers ALL course content. The exam is in a no-fail format and designed to present the student with emotional intelligence based questions that elicit cognitive dissonance within the student regarding current practiced behaviors and the emotionally intelligent behaviors that they just validated as correct through the exam questioning process.

FULL SPANISH LANGUAGE COURSES AND PROGRAMS-Spanish language courses are created by Jevelyn Castro (Jeve Cas here on LI), international master health coach and domestic violence victim/survivor impact coaching specialist for juveniles and adults. Jeve's favorite part of the course is the utilization of our number one modern resource: OUR CELL PHONES. NCOei.org courses can be taken on the students cell phone and there are many valuable health and wellness resources at your finger tips and NCOei.org courses teach you where to find them.

ENGLISH-English language courses are created by Val Catt, health psychologist and master health coach at NCOei.org. NCOei.org has received outstanding feedback from students and fellow psychologists, psychiatrists and court officials regarding our course and program content. I feel like the exam is the most important part. The questions are based on emotional intelligence and designed to elicit cognitive dissonance. Often, students are mandated to take several courses and the EQ questions are in all courses, thus there is also the added benefit of repetition.
