What's your definition of Failure? See it through.

I’ve often enough in my time here on this lovely blue green marble had a lot of irons in the fire. I’ve worn a lot of hats and burned the candle at both ends. To suffice, I’ve done a lot of different work.
Just this last little while I’ve been thinking that I’ve failed at all my endeavours because they haven’t granted me the millions of dollars and the millions of fans. Do you ever think that you’re at your wits end with your career or your work?
Is there such a thing as failure? When you go for that interview or when you create that near masterpiece. When you spend all that time on that project and it doesn’t take off. When you study for that exam and don’t receive an A. Or, when the bank declines your application.
There are more examples all over the map than there are people.
What is failure?
I believe that just an attempt means that you have succeeded simply because you have done it. Done what you say? Well, you’ve put it out there. You’ve let the universe know that you want success and you tried to see it through.

Yoda (who I quote often enough) did say, “There is no try, only do.”
What Yoda meant by that was that an attempt is doing. Just the intent is a “Do.”
There is no failure. We need to unlearn that.
When we do we can know in our hearts that life in itself is the constant lesson. We are constantly learning, doing, and engaging with the universe. When you don’t get that promotion, when you get an F, when you make any error of any kind, it might simply be the vast universe telling you that you aren’t ready yet or that you need to be doing something different.
In poetry, I started by simply just writing. Writing in general. I haven’t sold a million books, but I’ve met a lot of cool people and had a lot of memorable evenings. That is just one solid example.
So either way, guys, keep “Doing.”
