What's your choice?

We have to answer this question every day in our life. You don't believe me? Maybe this will help.
What actions do you take after waking up? or before going to sleep and when and for how long? All of these are choices you made. Yes, these choices are probably not answered to anyone else other than you but shouldn't you be your best critique?
Now I don't need to put all the instances of our daily life where we subconsciously make choices out of habit and then it becomes our lifestyles.
also don't worry I am going to provide you with solutions as well on how you can start making choices more consciously rather than piling your brain to do the tasks on autopilot which is dictated by your habits, surroundings, peers and society you have grown up in.
I believe 99% of humans should be kind in their hearts. They might have struggled or were never shown the potential their brain can do or how they can bring change. But as a whole, each one of them can get their life on track if they can move out of the pendulum life they are living.
All they need, all we need, all I need to bring change in me is to be conscious of me and what I do.
It's not much of a big deal like you need to be saint or have to put your mind in work.
Start with a small change.
It could be as simple as folding the bed sheets to just meditate for 1 minute or plan what are 3 things you need to do in the first hour.
you can then pile up tools such as 'eat the frog", "one minute daily", and "cross marking on dates when it ends to reach the deadline" I mean there are just tons and more but what is important is your willingness to take that effort into action.
Another tool is saying "No" to things that you don't want to say yes to.
Contrary to this tool there is a complex 'Yes' which is an improv tool but works excellently. "YES AND+"
There are many things and phrases, I believe if you pick any random book you will find inspiration out there to inspire you to make the choice you want to have.
Placebo effects work but it superficial, positivity works but is less effective, unless you channel your energy and focus to utter the words be it "YES or NO or whatever complex decision it is" which might only take few seconds and have a belief on it so that you don't run away from decision making, I am pretty sure you will be glad or at the very least be more conscious of how you are living.

if it was 15 days back i would have shown you my streaks of writing daily, journaling daily, uploading on Insta, youtube, updating my work in twitter daily and yet working with ease in my profession.
So although my habits have altered a bit but i won't be stopping below this and will be back to reach the highest epitome i can reach.
