What's Your Character Like?

What's Your Character Like?

Hello hello!

I was out with some friends for a meal this past weekend.?

It reminded me of my?benchmark and how I decide who to have in my life.

My approach is simple, it's based on seeing how they treat people who are less powerful or influential than them.

I try to approach life by leaving people better off than they were before they met me.

The mark of character is how someone treats people when no one is watching.

It’s very easy to get to a certain level of success, where that success leads them to start being disrespectful to their staff, start yelling at people, or feel entitled and never say “thank you”.

I pay attention to behaviors.? The people with remarkable behaviors are the ones I want to associate with.

I want to be around people who are GIVERS.

People who feel good to be around.

The things to protect are your energy, attention, confidence, and those things that bring you pure joy.

If you don’t like the way you feel in your business or with the people around you –?then you would appreciate what Gandhi said:

“Be The Change You Want To See In The World”

Keep the change!

P.S. Two things before you go.

First, don't miss this episode on what we get wrong about money. Check it out and let me know what you think.

Second.

Check out the image below, then read the rest of this.

This got me thinking, usually, we're so focused on making massive improvements when simple incremental improvements can be transformative in itself.?

What incremental improvement can you make that can have a transformative impact?

I agree you can tell a LOT about a passion by how they treat service people!

Character, can it change? It can certainly evolve, if one is open. What do you think? I’d add to treating others, How you treat Self when no one is watching.
