What's Your Answer to This?
I've learned that powerful coaching moments happen from 2 "things".
One is a powerful question at the right time. The second is space. Often, awkward silence.
It's the combination of the question and the space given that lead to life-changing insights.
A question that I've asked several clients lately seems to be hitting something deep within. Some have had an immediate answer. Some have taken a moment to process. Some (and this is my favorite) have been bothered by their answer. Why? Because it's a moment they see themselves in a mirror and they don't like what they see.
And, given that you and I aren't working together (yet), I wanted to ask you that same question and see where it lands for you.
