What's the winning attitude?
Having provided energy consultancy for decades to a wide range of companies and institutions, I have sought to discover what makes the difference in results.
A list of conditions can and should be considered BUT there is one that "wins" by far: the attitude of the upper managers involved.
There are two very common and very antagonistic attitudes.
That of those who are not interested in the subject and this attitude permeates all levels "down".
That of leaders who always seek to achieve and maintain levels of competitiveness. And these, typically, ask questions to the consultant. Like a CEO of a large industrial group who suggested that I show the rabbit in my hat because he was interested in reducing operational costs, including energy.
So the big question is: what is the profile of the client's leadership?

1 个月this is most common ly asked questions and many failed to get answers because in the world there is no better energy methods to increase efficiency of power generation and fully utilization of the power facilities like solar, wind etc. Hydro is also affected in many cases during hot summer. To bring the gap shrinked between the demand and supply, the PHES was given the birth with energy investment to en ergy generation to meet the sudden requirements. This means, for more than a century, the better methods or modifications in the wind, solar, hydro etc not registered and not used. This is the reason we are not able to re-use the hydro Power water. During my 26 years research work and inventions, I felt, there has been race in huge fund spending in this field but total solution is far away. I am working now for better solutions on (1) to better cost trimming, (2) abundant energy generation (3) self generatioin of power to avoid huge over head expenses, (4)cheaper level energy availabulity. I will write to you after two weeks as to how do I solve some of the problems expressed above. Regards Ashokan Energy Researcher
