Insight 1: Leave programs continue to scale in size

The market is growing with one third of employers planning to expand their leave offerings and only 6% say they are planning to decrease their offering.

Nearly 50% of employers who consider their leave programs to be comprehensive want to make them even better. On the other hand, some employers want to reduce their leave options even though they already think they have a limited leave program.

Here’s where employers see an opportunity to expand their leave programs:

Insight 2: Leave challenges remain broad

However, employers that have adopted some sort of HR tech solution are already seeing positive results. Their programs are thriving with 93% of HR professionals and 90% of employees being extremely satisfied with the modern tech solutions.

Insight 4: The desire for a stronger leave program is driven by both employer and employee-centric goals
