With the COVID situation getting more confusing day by day and in spite of so many vaccines coming up, no end of the saga visible in sight, the top question in minds of all professionals is that what is in store for them in 2021. It is really critical to visualize the same and prepare oneself accordingly to face coming challenges.

Recently I shared my thoughts on expectations from 2021 and the same was published in HRD Newsletter....

After an unprecedented year of fear and uncertainty, I see 2021 bringing a lot of excitement and joy for everyone. While COVID-19 cases in many countries still continue to be high and a new strain seems to be making news, reducing death rate and release of COVID-19 vaccine has sparked new hope and positivity in everyone’s mind. India has done a remarkable job in containing the spread of COVID-19 in spite of a large population and diverse socio-economic landscape.
