What's Special about 25th June?

25th June 1983 holds a special place in the heart of every cricket enthusiast in India. On that historic day, the nation erupted in joy as India clinched the Cricket World Cup for the first time. It was a moment of sheer jubilation resonating through every nook and corner of the country. Streets were transformed into a tapestry of celebration, and the spirit of victory was palpable.

25th June 2017 in the bustling corners of Mumbai, a group of professionals were working on a different kind of journey.

They shared a purpose to “facilitate delivery of business outcomes through people”. This small team embarked on a mission with Small Change …Big Difference to transform the organizations with solutions using their innovative OD Consulting, Learning Solutions and Coaching.

Fast forward to the present and we find ourselves celebrating 7 remarkable years. ??

We celebrated a significant milestone of 60 Bits Consulting journey of Consulting, Learning Solutions and Coaching by hosting “HR Fiesta” for HR professionals on 22nd June 2024 at Kohinoor Business School, Mumbai. who were gracious to host us as venue partner.

If we were to summarize HR Fiesta it was an learning event with –

No death by boring Power point slides or long monologues – it was fun filled with real conversations, stories, dialogues, harvesting invaluable insights and wonderful networking opportunities making the “HR Fiesta” learning event inspiring with valuable learning and insightful key takeaways.

Recognizing HR Shero Dr. Nikita Raut for her path breaking achievements, inspiring story with her can do attitude, dreaming big and achievement orientation despite being visually challenged from birth. Her anecdotes and life story kept the participants spell bound.

We are thrilled to experiment the OST process in an open public forum with 75 delegates with four amazing industry experts Dr. Brillian S. K. Bhushan Kulkarni (ACC-ICF) (EF-IAF) Umesh Kunte Rekha Desai who were great hosts and facilitated the OST [Open Space Technology] sessions flawlessly.

A big gratitude to all our OST hosts and delegates for being part of the HR Fiesta.
