Recently, during our first session, a client posed a question on how to determine the effectiveness of our collaboration. While it's enjoyable to talk about oneself, it's crucial for them to have tangible numbers that validate their investment.
In a world where numbers play a significant role and people value specificity, this is indeed a pertinent question. It's essential for us to demonstrate that every monetary step taken leads to concrete benefits.
Hence, during coaching sessions, I rely on key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with my client's personal goals. I inquire, "What results do you aim to achieve within this session? And currently, on a scale of 1 to 10, how close are you to that goal?"
Upon concluding the session, we revisit the scale and assess the accomplishments. This approach enables us to transparently evaluate the outcomes and understand how to enhance the quality of our work, both for the client and myself as a coach.
At the right moment, every client finds their coach, and every coach discovers their unique client.
