Many teams look at these problems:
- "We don't get enough leads"
- "Not enough people want to buy"
- "Sales team needs more customers to talk to"
- "We need to post more on social media"
- "We can't tell if our marketing works"
But these aren't the real problems. They're just what you can see on the surface.
- You don't know who you're selling to You need to know exactly who your perfect customer is.
- You don't know what your customer needs right now Are they ready to buy? Just looking? Need help?
- Your message doesn't make people want to buy It's not enough to sound good. It would be best if you showed why they should choose you.
- You don't have a way to easily reach more customers.?Finding one customer is good, but you need a way to find many customers.
- You need more people who know how to do the work Sometimes you know what to do but don't have the right team to do it.
- You haven't tried new ways to find customers The best way to find customers tomorrow might be different from today.
- Your sales and marketing teams don't work together When these teams don't agree, nothing works right.
Stop worrying so much about where leads come from. Instead:
- Focus on helping all your perfect customers
- Get your whole team to work toward the same goals
- Measure things that matter
Or... you could just make your website look pretty again. ??
