As the New Year comes over the hill are you ready to be transformed and inspired? Our vision is clear; to transform sport and physical activity by empowering and inspiring people. This quarter's edition reveals the impactful strides we've taken toward that vision. Join us as we share our achievements, ongoing initiatives, and the exciting roadmap for the future. Reflecting on the closing moments of 2023, we are proud of what we achieved and more. We made some truly monumental steps to being an essential cog in the community sport sector, especially in developing its people.

Key 2023 Headliners:

• Awarding Ofsted grade 'Good' confirming our commitment to high-quality delivery.

• Through External Quality Assurance, CIMSPA and three other awarding bodies awarded us gold stars, confirming our commitment to learner-focused programmes.
• Smashing the workshop target for BUDDLE (formally Club Matters) workshops, catering for both volunteers in clubs and sports organisations as well as the professional workforce who support them.

• Working towards the Inclusion Framework delivery with the five Sports Councils for implementation this year.
• Providing Online Learning opportunities for 15 partners, bringing alive their coaching qualifications and enabling a dynamic learning experience.
• Collaborative partnership in the delivery of courses for governing bodies and with local partners, keeping learners at the centre of what we do.
• Development of imaginative and genuinely innovative learning programmes that make learning enjoyable and sustained.

What's the come in 2024:

We want to continue to be a leader in learning and development, directly contributing to the community sport sector. To achieve this, we will work in collaborative partnership to develop the professional staff, coaches, and volunteers in the sector through high-quality progressive learning experiences.
