February offers a renewed sense of purpose. By committing to one guiding word for the rest of 2023, we can stay focused on our goals.

There’s tremendous power in a word – especially when the word is meant for you. As an executive, you are greeted each day with a bombardment of difficult decisions and complex problems. Then, out comes a massive toolkit you’ve impressively assembled throughout your career to draw upon. But is that toolkit enough to guide you toward your highest purpose? Your word, in its beautiful simplicity, can be transformational. It will impact your life and the lives of those you serve.
