What's one thing that doesn't serve me that I need to kick?

What's one thing that doesn't serve me that I need to kick?

When Satya Nadella became CEO of Microsoft, he inherited a company struggling to stay relevant in a rapidly evolving tech landscape. Early on, Nadella identified a mindset holding the company back: internal competition between teams. He recognized that this culture didn't serve Microsoft's mission to empower every person and organization to achieve more. Nadella famously shifted the company’s focus to collaboration and a growth mindset, dismantling silos and fostering innovation. The result? Microsoft transformed itself into a trillion-dollar company with thriving cloud services, AI advancements, and a revitalized brand.
