AI can do what you are doing at this moment. If you think “Not everything”, I need to tell you that you are right, and my answer is “Not yet, but it will”. The sales system in 2024 will see a huge change because, as I wrote in most of my articles, people are sick of ads and cheesy scripts and some fake urgency and CTA that you can see under all the posts on social media. They do not work anymore because the way that you are doing it has already expired in customers’ minds and their feelings already know and are trained to how to react to this kind of text and system. Also, artificial intelligence can help customers get information in a faster way and shorter time on the internet whenever they want, without talking to someone or listening to some salesperson who is talking about himself and how amazing he is. I believe that sales are not only about showing properties and taking appointments anymore. Yes, it is part of the process, but it is not that important anymore.
I discovered that people right now are doing business around +80% only through references and connections like friends and family and some people that they know who already bought from a company and they are going to the same company. Maybe you ask yourself, so what is the point? The point is that 2024 is the branding year. It is the year that people need to build their personal brand. It was always there, but not everyone told us or showed us how to do it and why we needed to do it. Only a few people were trying to explain it to us, and one of them was Ryan Serhant. Let me explain to you why. The reason behind this article is that I want to tell you that you need to know that people buy things from people, not scripts, ads, and videos that you see on Instagram (TIKTOKERS). Those factors can only grab attention for you, but not like in the old days, because the only thing that can grab the attention of the people who would like to invest or own something luxurious is professionalism and being yourself (Simple) without adding any sugar and salt to the videos. Just give the right information, mention the details, and talk about the details so they have an idea about the value and benefits of the product before you mention the price.

“What’s in it for me?” This is the question that real investors and rich people always keep asking themselves, even when they are listening to you. This question will keep repeating in their mind until you answer it in your presentation or the conversation. It is like the key to opening the first door of building a relationship, and the next is the information and solution for their problem and what they feel after they own the product and what they feel if they do not own the product. The sales process can be explained in many ways in many businesses, but in the end, it is the same process: actions and reactions.
In 2024, try to be more simple and talk less, but say the necessary things, not extra. Keep it simple and direct. The world is in a fast pace and people’s minds cannot process with the same pace until 2025-2026. Not everyone can adapt themselves to the new age of technology. Be a real friend for them in this age of robots and artificial intelligence. Keep your client the star of the show. Listen to them before you start talking and understand them. Maybe you know more about your products, but you need to listen to the client to know more about the process. Be flexible and match with your client’s energy and character. Be the one who they want to close the deals with. Do not try to be someone that you want to be, because you never know if the clients will like it or not. Do not try to be Jordan Belfort in Wolf of Wall Street, boys, and any other salespeople. Be yourself and someone that everyone wants to close deals with.
