"What's Next for me?"
Sports & entertainment executives ask the deep personal questions that are on their minds.

"What's Next for me?"

Questions our Legacy Leaders Inner Circle participants are exploring:

- Is it "normal" to feel lost or uncertain of my future?

Anyone can have doubts about their careers and life direction at any time. It may signify that you’ve never been this version of yourself. Often we have to feel lost to become found; that's usually when growth happens.

- All the change I'm experiencing can be exhausting. Is it just me?

Change can be particularly draining when you don't take time every so often to recharge, clear your mind and assess where things stand. Don’t fear change; fear that you stay the same.

- How do I find the best version of me at this stage of my life?

It's important to get real about the “ideal” version of yourself and start on becoming the best you can be with the skill set you have. Getting away to reflect on your priorities is good for the soul and an important part of sorting it out.

- How do I deal with a toxic boss?

Be honest with yourself and realize that you have options. No situation is permanent, and no job should be worth the deterioration of your mental health. It helps to discuss options with others that have been there, especially those within the sports industry.

- Is it too late for me to pivot?

It’s never too late to move in the direction of your dreams. Your pivot may be different depending on your age, but the success of your pivot comes down to the choices you make and the actions you take. The best thing you can do is believe in yourself, take action, and seek out like-minded others to support you.

If you found yourself interested in any of the questions mentioned above, look into how you can join us at the Legacy Leaders Inner Circle's Executive Retreat at the stunning Terranea Resort & Spa on the southern California coast on July 12-14, just prior to this year’s ALSD Conference in Los Angeles.

Our 2023 Executive Retreat participants and spouses enjoyed an amazing weekend of rejuvenation and heartfelt conversation among trusted peers.
Our 2024 event will only accept 15 attendees and their guests. The date coincides perfectly with the 2024 ALSD Conference in nearby Los Angeles on July 14-16; you can attend both with a single plane trip.

Find out more about the event here, then save the dates of July 12-14 and register here. Guests are included in dinners and activities throughout the weekend at no additional cost. You're welcome to reach out to me directly for a conversation about the event here.
