1 年The video element certainly rings true last night ordering on Deliveroo I saw some great video content on restaurants which helped build trust in the expertise and quality of ingredients/dishes - this small but impactful in-store branding led to me converting on a restaurant I'd previously looked at 10-15 times but bounced. Separate to this - what are your thoughts Stephan Soroka???? on bundling (recipes/themed multi-buys)? I still see this as a huge opportunity to improve across aggregator platform apps - something the likes of Instacart and DoorDash are leading the way in testing and exposing higher up in the user journey for reduced time to purchase and higher transaction values
