We hit moments in our efforts where we sometimes pause and ask, "what's next?" Whether work, personal, education, or even the things we do for fun - they have to be building to something more or fading away. Steady state is hard to maintain.
Today is the 90th edition of my "E. B. Spoke" weekly newsletter. For most of this year my weekly topic has focused on leadership. And while I have plenty more thoughts on what it means to be a good leader, I think it's time to shift the energy here to other topics.
I'm not sure yet what they will be, but I recognize the need to change and keep moving toward something more.
