What’s Next? Embracing Change, Challenge, and Faith.

Graduation was a moment of triumph. A culmination of years of effort, sleepless nights, and unwavering determination. Yet, as the celebration quieted, another reality emerged: health scares. Among them, a Chronic Leukemia diagnosis—a condition that seemed to whisper, Pause. Reflect. Adjust.

Life can pose questions just when you think you’ve found your footing. For me, the question became: What’s next?

As an Expressive Art Practitioner, author, and Spiritual Wellness Coach, my path has always been about weaving creativity with faith, and helping others discover their purpose. Now, I find myself in a place of deep introspection, asking how to align my new reality with my passion for serving others.

Choosing Wellness, Step by Step In this strange yet sacred season, I’m discovering the power of small, intentional changes. Fresh fruit and vegetable juices have become my daily ritual—simple, nourishing, and grounding. Chair yoga offers gentle movement, a way to honor my body while adjusting to its new rhythm. And then there’s the unshakable foundation: my daily Bible readings and devotions. These practices remind me of the truths that sustain me, especially in moments of uncertainty.

The Intersection of Change and Calling As I navigate these changes, I find myself reflecting on the call to embrace life as it comes, without losing sight of the purpose God has placed before me. Perhaps this is the heart of the “What’s next?” question—not simply about planning the future but about walking faithfully in the present, trusting that the next step will reveal itself.

An Invitation to Reflect To those reading this, I offer this question: What’s next for you? Whether you’re celebrating a milestone, navigating a health challenge, or simply feeling the pull of a new season, I encourage you to pause and listen. What is God whispering to your heart?

For me, “what’s next” involves stepping deeper into my calling as a Spiritual Wellness Coach, continuing to create spaces where others can explore faith, creativity, and wellness—even as I lean into those very practices myself.

Let’s walk this journey together, embracing the unknown with courage, hope, and faith.

An Invitation to Reflect and Act To those reading this, I offer this question: What’s next for you? Whether you’re celebrating a milestone, navigating a health challenge, or simply feeling the pull of a new season, I encourage you to pause and listen. What is God whispering to your heart?

For me, “what’s next” involves stepping deeper into my calling as a Spiritual Wellness Coach, continuing to create spaces where others can explore faith, creativity, and wellness—even as I lean into those very practices myself.

Now, I’d love to hear from you. What questions are you asking as you step into this new season? What changes are you making to live more intentionally? Share your thoughts in the comments or send me a message—I’d be honored to walk alongside you as we navigate this journey together.

Well done! It sounds like you are taking care of yourself and also challenging yourself. I'm enjoying the challenge of participating in Ship 30 for 30 and also using a devotional that will take me through the Bible this year.
