Fuel Your Growth: Transform Your Expertise into a Personal Brand that Amplifies Visibility & Impacts Ideal Paying Clients
"So, what's next?"
It's a question I get asked in most interviews and I hate it.
It whispers to the dark side of my entrepreneurial streak.
It tempts me want to start another brand, solve another problem, offer another product out of habit.
The last nine years have been about the chase - trying to find my place in the world since dentistry.
Now that I've found it, my foundation is unshakeable.
The temptation to the dark side is an echo of who I used to be - I'm still trying to silence that echo.
Have you ever been tempted to drop what you are doing to chase a new endeavor?
It's the bane of entrepreneurship and a core characteristic of the entrepreneur - seeing an opportunity and jumping in with both feet.
When you have recently sold your business or are failing, this ability serves you.
But when you are deep into your endeavor and feeling a little unsure, this is the temptation to the dark side of entrepreneurship - chasing the next shiny opportunity because of the thrill of the chase rather than sticking to the plan.
Clients going through their 90 day pivot with me experience this temptation to the dark side easily because they are mid-pivot making it easy to consider changing course.
It's tempting to abandon your north star of where you have decided to direct your energy to change the world with what you know because it's scary betting on yourself.
The temptation may be fueled by a solid opportunity, yes.
But, more often, it is fueled by fear.

Fear this pivot was the wrong one.
Fear you will never fully realize the vision of this pivot.
Fear you will fail at this pivot.
So, why not hedge your bets so at least something will work out?
The best advice I have ever been given is this: "take one offering to one million dollars before you do anything else."
This is the backbone of pivoting to niche into your mastery and committing to the vision fueling your north star.
Making the commitment to pivot to your chosen endeavor with everything you've got allows you to learn deeply about your clients, your skills, and your place in your industry.
My answer to "so, what's next?" has evolved to be this: I'm committed to my current path - staying niched and going deeper into how I can more successfully accelerate my clients' pivots.
Maybe a little boring?
Sure, I get that.
But, it's help to quiet the temptation to be lured away from my masterful path.
What will you answer when you are tempted to the dark side with this question?
