What is next in your business?

Often, we begin businesses for different reasons. Life situations. The ability to choose work hours. Or wanting to make a differnce.

But then we get in and have to figure out what is it what we are meant to do? The business can feel like a 9-5 and we wonder if it's where we want to invest 20 years of our lives.

A few ideas:

  1. Move forward with confident vision of where the business will be.
  2. Find ways to separate ourselves as the owner from the business.
  3. Decide with your team where you want to end up.
