What's Next After #hbap? (thoughts of a TEDxer ...)

For those who are following my posts as an inventor/scientist, my life is always filled with multiple decisions (so is yours!). I believe that after you successfully climb a mountain, you shouldn't just stop. Plan ahead before you come to the end so that you can climb again (it can be a taller mountain, but it can also be a different mountain). Keep climbing!
And then there is the decision making process of the people you bring along with you. Your family and your team members. I want simple mission statements of how do I get to endpoint while making sure it is a really unforgettable experience for my wife and children. This is at my core.
So how does this impact the commercial real estate portfolio? The post monetization of the July 2021 deal has created nice returns. These returns allow me to consider some additional educational moves. Here are some possibilities that are going through my mind. What would you do?
List of possibilities:

- Do nothing, exit, and stay active in the HBAP community. This is the default option. As an #hbaper you get to attend all kinds of events. I have not run into any restricted access.
- Continue and apply through the Advanced Management Program at Harvard or other schools. If accepted, this is the cost. AMP:$80,000+ Tuition + 7 week add-on
- Continue and apply through the Advanced Management Development Program in Real Estate at Harvard: AMDP:$43,000 Tuition + 1 year add-on
Some background information:
My philosophy in doing research is to keep exploring. I love discovering hidden relationships that lead to a deeper understanding behind the mechanisms of action. I love to learn the secrets to health, healing, wellness, and I accept life long challenges. My life sense reminds me time is limited, but my business sense reminds me money is limitless for the right deal. So many times, if I held back, we would have missed a major valuation uptick. So then, the question becomes ... is there upside by doing #1 or #2 or #3? We have time to decide. What would you do? Does it add to a greater sense of fulfillment? Is it deeply motivating for others? Do I become more insightful? If so, do these ideas then make me a better leader? Is #1 a better option because I would have more time to do other things (how much time is saved anyway)? Or has hbap been so great that I would do better by adding on Wharton's AMP (it is cheaper by almost 30k and it is 5 weeks)? Does it matter? What matters most? These are random thoughts.
