We spent our December celebrating HapPIER Holidays at PIER 39 , and it was as magical as you could imagine!

Winter Activations

Hyundai is ready to host the 2030 World Expo, and they proved it with their out-of-this-world vehicle display. Located in PIER 39’s Entrance Plaza, Hyundai’s unique car display featured custom wrapped versions of their world-class electric car, the IONIQ 5. ?

We worked with Coast to Coast Permits, LLC to help Hyundai bring their vision to life in San Francisco during the city’s biggest event of the year – APEC. With so many big names in the city for the conference, this was the perfect opportunity for Hyundai, and the city of Busan, to show the world they have what it takes to host the best carbon-neutral World Expo everyone has ever seen. ?

Just in time for the holiday's, Tandem worked with Hotel Zephyr Fisherman's Wharf, San Francisco on a very festive?sponsorship package.

For the third consecutive year, Hotel Zephyr was the official sponsor of PIER 39's famous Tree Lighting Show, which featured a 60' live Christmas tree, decorated with specialty lights?and synchronized to holiday music. Guests were treated to this spectacular display of dancing lights every half hour from 5pm to 10pm?during the holiday season. With so much excitement in the atmosphere during these shows, we can see why Hotel Zephyr has sponsored it?so many times!

Fun With Our Friends From PIER 39

We spent a lot of time with the PIER 39 team in Q4, and we loved it! In November, we joined PIER 39 for Happy Hour at one of The PIER's amazing restaurants - Eagle Cafe. In December, we joined PIER 39 again aboard Blue & Gold Fleet's Harbor Emperor Ferry to help build bikes for local youths-in-need.?We always enjoy hanging out with our property partners, and we look forward to many more team events in 2024. Creative Babe Market

Arts, crafts, and vendors, galore! We worked with Creative Babe Market to bring their titular event to The Original Farmers Market on November 11th, and it was a craft lovers dream! Highlighting small, female?owned businesses, Creative Babe Market brought in over 100 vendors, offering guests clothing, jewelry, home-goods, and more! Creative Babe Market was a lot of fun, and we're so happy to have worked with them at The Original Farmers Market!

In early December, we continued our partnership with?Creative Babe Market, this time at?the OC Fair & Event Center . Located in the Hangar building, this free family event came just in time for the holidays, offering OC locals the?chance to indulge in treats from local food trucks, enjoy tasty drinks, listen to live music, and, most importantly, SHOP! It's always great to be able to bring an event to multiple properties in our portfolio, especially when the event is as fun as Creative Babe Market!
