Some businesses truly embody the difference between proactive and reactive. Recently, you might have seen on our socials that ROCK CIVIL ENGINEERING LIMITED has set a new standard by making the EUSR Supervision of Utilities in Construction Operations mandatory for their entire Supervision team—no strike required, just a drive to keep improving standards. It’s been a genuine pleasure to spearhead the creation of VE's bespoke and innovative Site Supervisor Development Programme. As a leading piling specialist in the UK, VE recognises the crucial role their Supervisors play in driving operational success. Being chosen to lead the design, implementation, and assessment of this programme has been highly rewarding. We’re eagerly looking forward to the next cohort, which kicks off in October 2024. Check our funding section if you want to find out more.

This month, we’re delivering our tailored scaffolding inspection course at our Birmingham specialist centre. ?? The facility features a purpose-built tube and fitting scaffolding setup, along with newly added system scaffolding, to support the practical inspection needs for these structures. We’re excited to hear more about the outcomes once the course is complete.

Our lovely sales team is out and about this month, hitting up some fantastic events across the UK. But don’t worry, we’re not just out there schmoozing and collecting free pens. And it’s not always about selling!! We’re out and about to continue to understand, learn, and adapt to the current market so we can support and feed all the details back to you, so you’re always ahead of the game with cost-effective training, up-to-date info, advice, and guidance.

Anton’s going to be getting to grips with the drone again for a new, new centre ??. So, we may need to warn the whole of the aviation sector! ?? We’re enjoying seeing the concepts Anton comes up with and making the Ops ideas come to life. Did we ever show you our last Christmas video for our team on the last day of work?? Maybe we’ll share it if we get a few requests.
