Food and Beverage Service (Non-Alcoholic)?

We've updated our new Food and Beverage Service program to be suitable for alcohol-free establishments.

Nine courses guide?team members through the entire sequence of service, training them on the knowledge they need to?deliver?consistent, trustworthy service that maximizes guest satisfaction - and repeat business.

Downloadable support for learning success

We're always innovating to support our busy customers in driving Lobster Ink at their operation. Our newly launched Resources Center for managers, accessible through the Lobster Ink platform, is a prime example of this ambition.

Featuring a treasure trove of resources, this hub was created to support our customers in maximizing Lobster Ink adoption and learner engagement. Managers can also upload their own documents such as SOPs or guidelines specific to their operation.?

A resource we're particularly excited about is the Assignment Recommendation guidelines. These guidelines map our content to the training required to deliver on specific use cases, like onboarding, talent development or pre-opening.

Now our customers can swiftly assign the perfect content as recommended by our instructional design team without having to waste precious time searching through the 250+ courses from our Hospitality Excellence Learning Library.?

New manager onboarding?experience

We’ve also recently optimized our platform onboarding experience to ensure that new managers to the platform can get their teams online and learning, faster.   • Service for Chinese Guests trains team members to be culturally confident, empowering them to deliver service that delights Chinese guests (and helping you unlock significant market opportunity.)
  • The highly anticipated Luxury Service Standards. This comprehensive program will support operators to be audit-ready by providing guidance on at least 80% of leading luxury rating authorities’ service criteria.
