Case Study: How the Scale Up Programme Ignited Growth and Productivity
Wallbreaker , a Lincolnshire-based creative video agency, was at a pivotal point in its business journey. Despite being an established company with 11 years of experience, they had struggled to break past a turnover of ￡500k. The Workforce Development Grant from West Lindsey District Council offers revenue grants to help businesses tackle skills shortages and meet training needs.
Eligible for SMEs, social enterprises, registered charities, and more, this grant can fund up to 100% of project costs for:

Funding Available for Numeracy Development
Apply for a Multiply Champion Grant!
Local employers (with 5 or more employees) and community groups in the county are invited to apply for a ￡1,000 grant aimed at supporting employees’ maths skills. This funding can help boost productivity, profitability, and staff retention, as well as improve access to Apprenticeships.
Grants are available on a first-come, first-served basis and can be used for innovative maths learning initiatives in the workplace, promoting numeracy development, or allocating staff time to support numeracy progression.
Application deadline is Thursday, 31st October 2024.
