We’re excited to announce the deployment of MailChannels across our East and West Coast shared servers. After seeing major success with its deployment among our Amsterdam customers, we’re solidifying our partnership by bringing MailChannels to the rest of our Shared Hosting fleet. Designed to improve your email experience, MailChannels enhances deliverability, spam filtering, and email metrics for seamless communication.

What you need to know:

• MailChannels provides better email deliverability and advanced spam filtering.
• If you host DNS with us, your settings will update automatically.
• Customers managing their own DNS must update DNS records before the launch.
• Deployment starts Dec. 11th, with full rollout completed by Dec. 20th.

??Changes to cPanel SSL Management

Starting with cPanel & WHM version 1.18, cPanel is switching AutoSSL from Sectigo to Let’s Encrypt. This transition ensures continuous SSL coverage and aligns with industry standards, with minimal action needed on your end.

What You Need to Know:

• cPanel will automatically switch Sectigo AutoSSL users to Let’s Encrypt.
• Sectigo AutoSSL remains available in the Manage AutoSSL interface temporarily.
• Users can revert to Sectigo, but it will eventually cease functioning in cPanel.
• No action is required for cPanel users, and SSL operations will not be impacted.
