AI for many SMEs is a complete waste of time!

But the problem is, businesses that don't work out how to leverage AI, are likely to be dunked on by those that do.

The reality is, many businesses don't have the fundamentals right in their business to properly leverage it.

Sure, businesses can use AI in products they pay for, or get a ChatGPT subscription but that's surface level. The deep value is connecting AI to your businesses core knowledge and capability, the reasons why customers pay you for the value you deliver.

Businesses which are Excel dependent, don't have strong documentation, or have lots of data silos, can't meaningfully connect AI to leverage that deep value. Adding AI into this mix is a white elephant, an expensive distraction - it's like buying a formula one car when you have a provisional driving license!
