How are you??

Spring definitely seems to be trying to make itself be known, and we’re feeling it here at &Beyond!??

Spring always has a creative vibe, where ideas come up more often than they normally do and there’s an excitement in the air - both around the process of bringing it into fruition and visualising how it would be to really make it happen!

So, one of the ideas that we’ve recently had is to run an online event packed with information on everything you need to know pre maternity, during maternity and post maternity.?

We already have a pretty good idea of what we want to cover, but we’d love to know what you’d like to hear about and we’ll do our best to include it in our event!

It will probably be a 2 day event as we already have plenty of content to fill 2 days, and we’re currently planning for it to be in October.

We’d like to get as much input as possible to make it as useful and relevant as possible, so please do let us know - all ideas are most welcome!

What else is new?

Well, we’re also working on a robust document for you to share with your organisation to put a strong case forward for supporting working parents.? We’ve heard too many stories of people trying to push the agenda forward, hearing all the right noises from the powers that be in the initial phases…only to be told it’s not a priority. ? How can it not be a priority when parenthood will affect 80% of people by the time they’re 40?!

We already have a lot of resources around this as you can imagine, but we’re making it even stronger, even more robust - so that it becomes an absolute no brainer.

If you need any info now though let us know and we’d be more than happy to share - and hopefully it will be a conversation starter at the very least.

We have a few more things bubbling in the background, and we’ll be sharing them in due course :)
