Our focus on IP in Standards

IoT and Cellular Standards Made Simple

Discover the pivotal role of the Internet of Things and cellular standards in driving the future of technology on our new 4iP Council’s website section “IoT and Cellular Standards Made Simple”. Explore how cellular standards, from 1G to 5G, have revolutionized communication, enabling seamless integration across devices and networks.

And we added Chinese translations of summaries of UK Unwired Planet v Huawei ([2020] UKSC 37) and Japanese summaries of the “Pilot Study for Essentiality Assessment of Standard Essential Patents”, as well as the German IP Bridge vs Huawei (6 U 149/20) and Nokia vs Daimler (6 U 130/20) decisions.
