Stephen Petrock

Before coming on board as a 2Win facilitator, Stephen Petrock worked as a mechanical engineer and then as a solutions engineer for highly technical engineering software. “I specialized in the most technical aspect of it, which was engineering analysis. All equations and talking about principles. It was very academic. Attending Demo2Win taught me there is a time and a place for technical talk and a time and a place for business conversations. The workshop gave me the skills and frameworks (like Tell-Show-Tell) to focus the conversation and connect the technical side of things to business outcomes. And to make sure I aligned the business conversation to the outcome I wanted to achieve in the demo or meeting.”

What Stephen finds most rewarding in his role as a 2Win facilitator is seeing participants have their “aha moment” when they understand how to apply the teaching in the real world.
