What's in a name?

Every name tells a story.

An organisation's name gives it an identity and conveys its essence. When I started my business, I was keen that the chosen name conveys 'trust'. As I researched various words, 'JUSTO' stood out. It means 'Just' in Latin. The word 'Justice' has its origin in it.

In the real estate business, 'Trust' plays a major role. But most customers tend to cast doubts while dealing with developers. This apprehension stems from a long history of misplaced perception of the industry . 'JUSTO' had to fill that gap. 'JUSTO' needed to become the developer's Knowledge Partner. A developer needs to be perceived as being righteous, judicious, transparent. Thus,? 'JUSTO' would bridge that gap between the developer and potential customers. Besides the above,? the chosen name also had to be short, and easy to recall. Soon, 'JUSTO' was loved by all and received an overwhelming acceptance.

Then, I wished to have certain qualifying words to convey the core business model. In other words, the USP of the organisation had to be communicated.

I focused on 3 aspects, which have over the years become the 3 pillars over which stands the edifice of 'JUSTO' - Advice. Create. Nurture.

#Advice: With a sound understanding of market trends and industry best practices, we provide comprehensive guidance to the developer, at every stage of the project Thanks to this, the developers have enjoyed a healthy relationship with channel partners who have been responsible for over 80% sales.

#Create: We craft exceptional real estate products that stand out in the market. By combining creativity with data-driven insights, we develop properties that not only meet but exceed the expectations of today's discerning buyers.

#Nurture: We believe in building lasting relationships based on trust and mutual respect. Our commitment to our clients and partners extends beyond the completion of a project. Be it a relationship between us and the developer, the developer and the channel partners or between the developer and the customer, each of these equations is nurtured. Together, we build a foundation for growth and prosperity

This business model with these 3 pillars was how we'd envisaged 'JUSTO' to flourish. In fact, 80% of the business we conduct today, is thanks to repeat businesses, wherein developers reach out to us again and again.

Since its genesis, 'JUSTO' continues to adhere to its core value of building trust through its three pillars - Advice, Create and Nurture.?
