What's my level today?
Why is change often not so easy? Why do we sometimes get "sucked" into negative behaviour of others and find ourselves thinking in a negative way? Why are we sometimes so hard on ourselves and others? Why do we stand in our own way (self sabotage) to getting the desire outcomes we want?
The answer is we are all human and we are all on a journey of discovery.....Where ever we are in that journey we must understand that we are 100 percent responsible for the results we have in our own lives. Both business and personal lives - "As we are in one as we are in everything !"
It may take......a bit of work, a few steps, a bit of time or to learn to do things differently.
It may need you.....to drop your ego, let go of having to be right or learn new skills
You will find it easier to....chunk it down to small tasks, focus on what you have done & keep track of your results (to keep you motivated)
REMEMBER: That 90 days comes and goes no matter if you move a level or not

7 年I like this model however once I get to the Yes I Did It stage, I often find that teaching further embeds that knowledge and skill. And then I find more to learn. That's mastery I suppose - the constant learning.
